What is AcreLoop and who is it built for?
AcreLoop is a real estate CRM for brokers, builders, developers and channel partners in India — covering lead capture, follow-up automation, site visit tracking and sales pipeline management on Android and the web.
How is AcreLoop different from Salesforce or Zoho CRM?
It is pre-built for Indian real estate: portal leads, site visits, project inventory, partner brokerage and WhatsApp drips work out of the box. No heavy customization, no consultants, no six-week setup.
Does AcreLoop capture leads from 99acres, MagicBricks and Housing.com?
Yes — through web-to-lead forms, API and Zapier. Leads are deduplicated, scored and auto-assigned the moment they arrive.
Can I manage channel partners and their brokerage?
Partners get their own login to register deals against live inventory, upload documents and track brokerage payouts — while your team keeps final approval control.
Is there a mobile app for the sales team?
Yes. AcreLoop CRM is on Google Play for Android, plus a web dashboard at app.acreloop.com. The app works offline, so notes and photos taken at site sync when the network returns.
How long does it take to get started?
Most teams are live the same day. Import your Excel or portal leads for free, invite your team, and our onboarding specialist walks everyone through it — at no extra cost.
Can I move my data from Excel, Zoho or another CRM?
Yes. Data migration is free. Send us your sheets or export and we'll map leads, contacts, deals and projects into AcreLoop before your team logs in for the first time.
Do you train new joiners after the first onboarding?
Training is unlimited on every plan. Whenever you add a person to the team, they get the same walkthrough — no per-seat training fee.

How much does AcreLoop cost?
Starting at ₹1,200 per user per month, billed annually, with a 14-day free trial. That includes unlimited leads, projects, contacts and follow-ups, free onboarding, training and data migration.
Is there really a free trial, or is it a demo?
A real 14-day trial on your own data. No credit card to start, and you can invite your actual team. If you don't continue, nothing bills.
Are modules billed separately?
No. All eight modules — lead management, follow-ups, pipeline, site visits, inventory, partner portal, team reports and analytics — are in the single per-user price.
Can I change the number of users later?
Yes, up or down at renewal. Add users mid-cycle and we prorate; remove users and the next invoice reflects it.
What do WhatsApp and calling integrations cost?
They are configured with your account during onboarding — message and call carrier charges are billed by the provider at actuals, not marked up by us. Talk to sales to scope exactly what your plan needs.

Where is my data stored and is it secure?
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, with role-based access on secure cloud hosting. For details or a DPA, write to support@acreloop.com.
Who inside my company can see which leads?
Roles decide that. Sales Executives see only their own leads and tasks, Team Leaders see their team, and Managers see every project and report. Changes to permissions are recorded.
What happens to my data if I stop using AcreLoop?
You can export everything — leads, contacts, deals, projects and documents — at any time. Your data is yours; we don't hold it hostage behind a paywall.
Can I control exports and deletions?
Yes. Export and delete permissions are separate from view permissions, and both are written to the audit trail.

Privacy policy
We collect only the information needed to run the service: your account details, the leads and contacts you enter, and product usage needed for support and billing. We do not sell your data.
Encryption is applied in transit and at rest, access is role-based, and your records can be exported or deleted on request. Questions or a data processing agreement: support@acreloop.com.
Terms & conditions
Subscriptions are billed per user, per month, annually in advance, plus GST as applicable. Trials require no card. You may cancel before renewal and nothing re-bills; access continues to the end of the paid period.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you import and for keeping user credentials secure. Service availability and support are described in your plan; enterprise SLAs are agreed in writing.
