Our story

Years in SaaS. One question he couldn't stop asking.

Puneet Mishra spent years building software for a living. The pattern he kept running into wasn't a bug in the code — it was a gap in how Indian real estate sells. AcreLoop is his answer to it.

The question

“Why does an industry that spends crores on leads run on memory, WhatsApp and a spreadsheet?”

Every founder story usually starts with a whiteboard. This one started with a observation repeated across too many conversations: teams paying portals and ad networks every month for enquiries they never fully worked. The leads weren't missing. The system for following up with them was.

“SaaS had taught me that the difference between a good product and a great one is almost never the feature list. It's whether the person on the ground opens it on a Monday morning without being told to.”
Puneet Mishra · Founder, AcreLoop

What he kept seeing

Four patterns that kept repeating

Different cities, different team sizes, strikingly similar leaks.

Pattern 01

Leads bought, then forgotten

A portal enquiry arrives at 4pm, sits in an inbox until 11am the next day, and by then three other brokers have called. Speed wasn't the ambition — it was the deciding factor. Generic CRMs could have automated the reminder, but nobody wanted to spend six weeks configuring one.

Pattern 02

The pipeline lived in three spreadsheets

One sheet for enquiries, one for site visits, one for bookings — plus a WhatsApp group where the actual decision was made. Ask a manager what will close this month and the honest answer was a guess dressed as a forecast.

Pattern 03

Inventory that was stale by lunchtime

Builders published an availability list in the morning; by afternoon, four partners were quoting different units to different buyers. The cost of that confusion — double registrations, wrong pricing, partner friction — lands on the developer.

Pattern 04

Tools built for a different market

Global CRMs are excellent at pipeline stages. They aren't built for WhatsApp-first buyers, channel partner networks, brokerage splits, site-visit culture or Indian portal leads. Making them fit meant consultants, customisation bills and a team that quietly went back to Excel.

The decision

Build the tool, or keep watching the gap

Why Puneet chose to start AcreLoop rather than advise someone else on theirs.

After years in SaaS, there was no shortage of ways to stay comfortable — product roles, consulting, advising teams that were already funded. The pull toward AcreLoop was simpler: the gap was specific enough to be solvable, large enough to matter, and personal enough to be worth the years it would take.

Three convictions made the decision for him. First, that follow-up — not lead volume — was the actual constraint in Indian real estate. Second, that any CRM worth shipping had to be usable by a sales executive in the field, on a phone, without training theatre. Third, that the market was ready for software priced honestly, built here, supported by people you can call.

AcreLoop was built under JANPRIX Technology Services around exactly those three ideas — and every module in it can be traced back to one of them.

The journey

From a nagging observation to a product teams run on

Milestones as the product grew — the labels below are indicative and ready for your real dates.

Stage 01 · The years in SaaS

Learning how software earns its keep

Building and shipping SaaS products taught the discipline that still shapes AcreLoop: ship small, watch real usage, kill what people ignore.

Stage 02 · The observation

Real estate's follow-up gap

Conversations with brokers, builders and sales heads kept landing on the same problem — enquiry volume was never the issue; the second call was.

Stage 03 · The decision

AcreLoop begins

Scoped as a follow-up-first CRM for the Indian market: portal leads, WhatsApp drips, site visits and inventory, out of the box. Built under JANPRIX Technology Services.

Stage 04 · First teams

Brokers and builders go live

Free migration, same-day onboarding and unlimited training became part of the product, not a service line — because adoption is the whole game.

Stage 05 · The mobile-first bet

Android app with offline capture

Built for the person standing at a site gate with patchy network: capture offline, sync when signal returns, log every action for the manager.

Stage 06 · Today

Eight modules, one workspace

Lead management, follow-ups, pipeline, site visits, inventory, partner portal, team reports and analytics — one plan at ₹1,200 per user per month.

What we built

AcreLoop, in one paragraph

The product that came out of those three convictions.

AcreLoop CRM is a real estate sales workspace for brokers, builders, developers and channel partners. Portal and ad enquiries arrive automatically, get scored and assigned in minutes, then move through WhatsApp and email follow-ups that pause the moment a buyer replies. Deals drag across your own pipeline stages with documents and checklists attached. Projects, towers and units stay live for every partner. Managers see who's performing, where the funnel leaks and which source actually earned its money — on Android and on the web.

  • Lead capture from 99acres, MagicBricks, Housing.com, Meta & Google Ads
  • WhatsApp-first follow-up automation with smart pause
  • Site visit tracking with reminders and outcome capture
  • Live project inventory and channel partner brokerage
  • ₹1,200 per user per month, all modules, free onboarding
